grease and line a 21 x 36cm swiss roll pan with baking paper. combine melted butter and marie biscuits, press firmly into prepared pan. refrigerate while you proceed to the second step of this jelly recipe.

for the next phase of the jelly recipe, dissolve gelatine in boiling water, reserve. in a medium bowl add NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, reserved gelatine mix and lemon juice, beat until well combined. pour over biscuit base, refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

make jelly as per packet instructions, adding in extra gelatine. cool mixture. once cooled, pour over chilled base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. cut into squares using a warm knife to complete the jelly recipe.
