METHOD

cook pasta according to directions on packet; drain and keep warm.

meanwhile, heat a large non stick frying pan over medium high heat. add pancetta; cook until crispy and golden, about 5 minutes. drain on kitchen paper. set aside.

heat oil in same frying pan over medium high heat. add prawns; cook 1-2 minutes each side or until just cooked. remove and set aside.

heat same frying pan over medium heat; add garlic and mushrooms; cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. add combined NESTLÉ CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream and cornflour, parsley and peas. cook until just heated through. stir in pasta, pancetta and prawns.
