METHOD

cook fettucine according to packet directions; drain and keep warm.

place onion, garlic, eggplant and capsicum in a large saucepan over high heat; add tomatoes and MAGGI original seasoning; bring to the boil. cover and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until thick.
