METHOD

Cook pasta according to directions on packet; drain and keep warm.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan over high heat; spray with oil; add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. remove and set aside.

Reheat frying pan over medium heat; add mushrooms and green onions; cook 3 minutes or until soft.

Blend cornflour with 1/3 cup (80 ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk; add to frying pan with remaining milk and chicken stock; bring to the boil, stirring until sauce thickens; add chicken and pasta, heat through, stirring constantly.
