METHOD

preheat oven to 150°c/130°c fan forced. line a 18cm x 28cm lamington pan with baking paper.

combine NESTLÉ Skim Sweetened Condensed Milk, UNCLE TOBYS plus Fibre, puffed wheat, apples, apricots, sultanas, almonds, seeds and cinnamon in bowl, mix well. press lightly into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes.

mark into bars with knife, cool in pan until firm, before placing on cake cooler to crisp.

cut into bars, store in airtight container. serve as a snack or for breakfast with milk.
