METHOD

heat oil in a medium saucepan over high heat; brown chicken, remove and set aside.

add onion, garlic and capsicum; cook 3 minutes. add cumin, turmeric, garam marsala, MAGGI chilli sauce and water. bring to the boil; add MAGGI 2 minute noodles chicken flavour, including flavour sachets.
