Step 1Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour as per pack instructions, omitting the flavour sachets, drain under cold water and set aside. Combine flavour sachets, chilli powder, soy sauce, ginger and brown sugar, set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine noodles, chicken, carrot, red capsicum, green onions, coriander leaves and dressing. Serve with fresh lime wedges and top with sesame seeds, if desired.
