preheat oven to 190°c/170°c fan forced. grease a 30cm x 20cm lasagne dish.

heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat; add beef and cook, stirring until browned. reduce heat, add garlic, pumpkin, potato and mushrooms; cook stirring 2 minutes. add water, wine and tomato. bring to the boil; simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

meanwhile, prepare MAGGI tasty cheese sauce mix according to directions on packet. add spinach and allow to heat through.

spread 1/3 cheese sauce in the base of prepared lasagne dish. arrange 3 lasagne sheets on top. layer the beef sauce, cheese sauce and lasagne sheets, another layer of beef sauce and lasagne sheets, then finish with a layer of cheese sauce.

sprinkle with cheese. bake 40 minutes or until golden. stand 10 minutes before serving.
