METHOD

Combine biscuit crumbs, wattleseed and melted butter and press into base of a lined 22cm springform pan. Place in freezer to set as you proceed with this wattleseed recipe.

For the next part of this wattleseed recipe, B=beat cream cheese, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, orange juice, strawberry gum, food colouring and the gelatine mix in a food processor until smooth.

Pour mixture over base and refrigerate one hour, or until set.

Optional Wattleseed Recipe Flourish – decorate the top with fresh strawberries.

Did You Know: Strawberry Gum is a native Australian plant found in Eastern Australia, mainly around New South Wales. It can be used in both sweet and savoury recipes and is particularly delicious in puddings. Try and ensure you are purchasing bush foods from Indigenous owned businesses.
