METHOD

  1. To start making beef stroganoff, heat oil in a pan, add beef, brown evenly, then remove it from the pan.

  2. The next step to cooking beef stroganoff is to add garlic, onion and mushrooms to the pan to cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add combined remaining ingredients including the evaporated milk, bring to boil stirring.  Stir in beef,  simmer 3 minutes, stir occasionally.  Serve the beef stroganoff with cooked rice.
