In a medium bowl combine UNCLE TOBY’S Traditional Rolled oats, sunflower, pepita and chia seeds and a pinch of sea salt, if using. Add Oat milk, apple juice, grated apple, blueberries and 1 tbsp almonds. Refrigerate overnight.

Divide oats into two bowls and top with remaining almonds and fresh blueberries and raspberries, if desired.
