NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 340ml
METHOD

lay fillets onto chopping board skin side up. sprinkle with pepper. divide asparagus evenly between fish. roll firmly, securing with toothpicks. set aside.

heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. add leek, garlic, chilli, ginger, leaves and mushrooms. cook 5 minutes or until fragrant and mushrooms are tender. add stock and fish sauce, bring to the boil; simmer 5 minutes.

add NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and fish rolls; simmer 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through. stir through green onions.
