cook potatoes in boiling water 20 minutes or until cooked, drain and mash.

meanwhile, sprinkle 1 tsp salt over zucchini; stand 10 minutes; rinse under cold water, drain and squeeze out excess water. place in a large bowl with potato, salmon, corn and egg; mix well; form into 8 patties, coat on both sides with pinenuts.

heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat; cook patties 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. serve with combined thomy delikatess mayonnaise, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce and MAGGI original seasoning.
