METHOD

preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease 3 x 12 hole patty pans.

place NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLÉ dark melts, butter, NESTLÉ baking cocoa, plain flour, self raising flour, milk and eggs in a large bowl. beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy.

divide mixture between prepared pans; bake 10 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. cool on wire racks.

cut small holes in the rounded base of each cake. combine fruit mince with extra NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix well; spoon evenly into holes.

heat plaistowe premium dark chocolate and extra butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir until melted. dip tops of cake in chocolate. if desired, decorate with glace fruit.
