METHOD

1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

2. in a large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg and sugar. stir in NESTLÉ white choc bits and NESTLÉ milk choc bits. mix well.

3. roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. place onto prepared trays and press gently with a fork.

4. bake 12-15 minutes or until firm to touch; do not overcook as biscuits will become crisp on cooling.

note: there is no flour in this recipe. also, if desired, cookies may be drizzled with NESTLÉ milk melts, melted according to packet directions.
