Step 1Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium high heat; add chicken, cook until browned. Combine MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base and cream, add to pan stirring until thickened.

Step 2Meanwhile, place 5 poppadoms at a time in the microwave at a time. Cook on High (100%) for 30 seconds or until cooked. Repeat with remaining poppadoms.

Step 3Sprinkle chicken with coriander and serve with poppadoms.
